Polaprezinc 75 or 150 mg/day per os for 24 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) At least 20 years of age 2) Pica for 1 month or more according to DSM-V 3) Written informed consent from patients and their legal guardians prior to study entry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Malignant tumor 2) Chronic renal failure (estimated glomerular filtration rate, eGFR <45) 3) Other severe diseases 4) Terminal phase of an illness 5) History of taking polaprezinc or other zinc supplementation
