Inclusion criteria: Patients who receive medical diagnosis and treatment. Patients who receive general anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, peripheral nerve block. Patients who receive pain clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who refuse to become a survey target.
