Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective robotic-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy at Iwate medical university hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with previous episodes of cerebral ischemia or hemorrhage, with serious heart disease
