Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having proton radiation plan for malignant liver tumor 2. Patients who obtained informed consent The first 5 cases satisfy following items additionally; 3. Inpatient 4. Patients irradiated 6.6Gy/day 5. Tumor size < 5cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication for CT 2. Contraindication for MRI 3. Contraindication for SPIO 4. Patients previously having hepatic radiation 5. Child-Pugh class B or C 6. Portal vein tumor thrombus extends to segmantal branch
