Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Three times a week of maintenance dialysis therapy ?Using polysulfone membranes ?Chronic inflammation (0.2mg / dL =< CRP < 2.0mg / dL)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Within one year from dialysis ?The elderly over 80 years of age at the time of the evaluation start ?Alb concentration is below 3.0g / dL ?The events of brain / heart region occured within the past 3 months ?With an inflammatory disease obviously ?With an active infection clearly
