Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who had a history of immediate type allergy with walnuts, cashew nuts, hazelnuts, apple and peach in the past year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?patients who take oral prednisolone therapy ?patients who take anti-IgE antibody treatment ?patients who take specific immunotherapy ?patients who have a history of food allergy but have never taken any skin test
