Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically or cytologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer 2. Stage 3B, 4, or recurrent disease 3. EGFR mutation (ex19 deletion, L858R) detected by PNA-LNA PCR clamp method 4. Untreated with EGFR-TKI 5. ECOG performance status (PS) 0 to 2 6. Adequate organ function 7. Aritten informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Received EGFR-TKI before this study 2.Interstitial pmeumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis apparent on chest X-ray 3.Concomitant other malignancies
