Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with histologically confirmed or clinically suspected advanced CRC (aCRC) 2) Planned to receive systemic chemotherapy for aCRC 3) KRAS exon 2 (codon12, 13) mutations were or will be determined 4) Presence or ability to acquire sufficient DNA for target sequencing 5) Written informed consent was obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient is judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for study participation for any reason.
