Hypotension in an upper extremity is induced by inflation of tourniquet. We measure NIBP with an inflationary method and a conventional deflationary method. Duration of intervention is about 20 minute

Inclusion criteria: adult healthy volunteer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Obvious vascular lesion in upper or lower extremities 2.Volunteers who have a hemodialysis shunt
