Interventions

In peptide group, participants take a pill of tablet including 500mg CH-3 peptide once a day for 4 months. In control group, they don&#39
t receive the CH-3 tablet, and live with their usual lifestyles for 4 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)The residents of Niihama city, Ehime (2)Those whose age at the time of informed consent is 60 and over. (3)Those who can understand the purpose and the contents of this study, and can agree with participation by letter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)The presence of allergic response to milk product. (2)In addition, those who were judged inadequate by investigator.
