Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with endoscopically identified long segment (>3cm) Barrett's esophagus 2. patients with written informed concent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with a history of gastrectomy 2. patients who do not have an indication for endoscopy
