Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) HbA1c level 6.0 - 6.8 % 2) the body mass index more than 25kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient who is in treatment or take medicine for diabetes 2) Individual who doesn't live in the suburbs of Tokyo and Osaka
