Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: EML4-ALK fusion gene positive non small cell lung cancer patients based on FISH, IHC, or RT-PCR. Proven carcinomatous meningitis or highly suspected carcinomatous meningitis with brain metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with severe infection
