Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Bullous keratopathy patients who are indicated for DSAEK in Osaka University Hospital 2) Aged 20 years old and over 3) Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Bullous keratopathy patients who are not indicated for DSAEK 2) Those who have been decided not appropriate for enrollment by the principal investigator 3) Patients without doing follow-up visits
