Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of COPD, patients hospitalized for exacerbation of COPD or pneumonia. 2. Patients who are planned to receive pulmonary rehabilitation. 3. Patients who can take dietary supplement orally.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known severe allergy to any drugs 2. Patients in nutrition therapy with ProSure of ENCURE-H. 3. Patients regarded as inadequate to receive additional nutrition therapy due to severe diabetes and/or hyperlipidemia. 4. Patients who refuse pulmonary rehabilitation
