Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with a lung cancer or COPD diagnosis an age of 20 years or older well enough to complete the questionnaire, thought to have a poor prognosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe mental or cogniitive disorder an inability to understand the japanese language
