Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: left ventricular hypertrophy; more than 12mm thickness of septum and/or posterior wall

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with sarcomeric gene mutation Patient with strongly affected hydrodynamics caused by severe valvular disease or congenital heart disease
