Interventions

At first, subject are carried out Kraepelin test for indcution of sympathetic nerve exitation (30 min). And then, the subject carried out Autogenic training (The Breathing Warm-up to Phase 2: Warmth)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A healthy adult male subject.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject whcih have clear nervous and cardiovascular disease excludes from this study.
