Interventions

The set therapy consists of 1 plasmapheresis followed by mPSL-PULSE, which is performed by serial intravenous injection of 1.0 g methylprednisolone immediately after plasmapheresis and on the morning
s symptoms. Plasmapheresis is performed using the plasma-exchange method. The set therapy during hospitalization can also consist of oral prednisolone not exceeding 20 mg/day in addition to mPSL-PULSE
10 mg/day is needed, the patient is recommended to be hospitalized and undergo the set therapy again.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient is applicable to definite or probable of provisional diagnostic criteria for Isaacs' syndrome (Watanabe, Clinical Neurology 2013;53:1067-1070).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe infection.
