Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)(Healthy) post-menopausal females aged 50 to 65 years old. (2)Subjects whose skin AGEs accumulation determined by AGEReader is more than 2.0. (3)Subjects who prefer carbohydrates or sweets. (4)Subjects whose waist circumference is more than 90 cm. (5)Subjects giving written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Subjects who use oral medication affecting blood sugar. (2)Subjects who constantly use supplements and/or functional foods affecting blood sugar. (3)Smoker. (4)Subjects who have allergic reaction to pomegranate. (5)Subjects who can't promise not to drink four or more times a week and more than 2 cups in terms of sake in a day. (6)Subjects who daily average sleep time is less than 6 hours approximately. (7)Subjects who are during treatment and/or medication with lifestyle-related diseases related to glycation. (8)Subjects who are suffering from a disease that requires urgent treatment or are having severe complications. (9)Subjects who have under treatment or a history of drug addiction and/or alcoholism. (10)Subjects who are planned to participate in other clinical study. (11)Subjects who are judged as unsuitable for the study by the investigator for other reason.
