Inclusion criteria: Patients who recommended to undergo EUS observation. e.g. Digestive disease GI submucosal tumor Perigastrointestinal lesion Pancreatobiliary lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindication for GI endoscopy. e.g. Shock status Perforation of GI tract Strangulated ileus
