Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Diagnosed as having thoracic malignancies 2)Medically inoperable 3)performance status 0-2 4)16 - 90 years old 5)projected life expectancy of greater than 6 months 6)consent obtained from the attending physician who treats primary tumor (only for patients with metastatic lung tumor) 7)possible to visit the clinic every 3 months after treatment 8)provision of written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)abnormal coagulability 2)active bleeding 3)active infection 4)untreatable brain tumor 5)general anesthesia 6)impossible to communicate 7)prognosis limiting lesion out of thorax 8)more than 10 tumors 9)judged as inadequate by physician
