Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: * Outpatients. * Cases from whom informed consent was obtained. * Genetic examination will be performed when informed consent, approved by the institutional review board, is obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases judged inappropriate by the physician or dentist in charge.
