Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COPD patients diagnosed by spirometry and healthy volunteers IP patients who was diagnosed according to the ATS/ERS statement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients and healthy volunteers who deny participating in this study
