Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The player belonging baseball or semi-hard club at this courage who participates daily practice The player whose glenohumeral internal rotation ROM at the dominant arm is restricted more than 10 degree in comparison to non-dominant arm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The player who can't do stretching for shoulder The player who are going through rehabilitation by the physical therapist
