Inclusion criteria: MMSE>27 Written consent MRI: Within nornal limit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: psychiatric disorders neurological disorders which effect cognitive functions eplepsy education attainment =< 6 DSWNH Grade >=2 or PVH Grade >=2 severe complications
