Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants who are hospitalized for respiratory symptoms experiencing their first episode of wheeze with lower respiratory infection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have been diagnosed as asthma or have been treated with any asthma medication before enrollment.
