Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologically proven malignant tumor 2. Measurable tumor by CT or MRI 3. Age >=16 4. PS 0-3 5. Life expectancy more than 6 months 6. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor invasion to gastrointestinal tract 2. Active infarction 3. Past history of radiotherapy 4. Severe concomitant diseases 5. (Possibly) pregnant patients 6. Other medical or psychological unsuitable reasons
