Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants and neonates with congenital heart diseases who are scheduled to undergo open heart surgery with the aortic cross clamp over 1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chromosomal abnormalities. Cases with other investigational medicine.
