Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were scheduled to undergo surgery in regional or general anesthesia and require dexmedetomidine infusion for sedation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA status 4-5 severe vascular disease,arrhythmia,heart failure renal failure unstable hemodynamics(SBP>200,80<SBP,HR<40)
