Atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor

Interventions

Operation, multiagent chemotherapy (vincristine, pirarubicin, etoposide, cyclophosphamide, cisplatin, carboplatin, methotrexate, ifosfamide, actinomycin-D, melphalan), and radiotherapy (54Gy).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of 1 of the following, atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor, INI-1 negative choroid plexus carcinoma. 2. Has undergone operation within the past 42 days. 3. No prior radiotherapy. 4. None or one course of prior chemotherapy. 5. PS score: 0-3. 6. WBC >2000/mm3, ANC >1000/mm3, Platelet count >100000/mm3, ALT <100 IU/L, T-bil <1.5 mg/dl, serum creatinine < upper limit of normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has double cancer. 2. Has cardiac disease for which treatment is necessary. 3. Pregnant or nursing.
