Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of 1 of the following, medulloblastoma, supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumor, pineoblastoma. 2. Has undergone operation within the past 42 days. 3. No prior radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 4. PS score: 0-3. 5. WBC >2000/mm3, ANC >1000/mm3, Platelet count >100000/mm3 6. ALT <100 IU/L, T-Bil <1.5 mg/dl, serum creatinine < upper limit of normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has double cancer. 2. Has cardiac disease for which treatment is necessary. 3. Pregnant or nursing.
