Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The determination of chronic hepatitis C was made using standard diagnostic criteria: serological detection of HCV antibodies and positive serum HCV-RNA by polymerase chain reaction for at least 6 months. All patients were na&iuml;ve to antiviral treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We excluded patients who were taking warfarin, antibiotics, or vitamin K supplementation before laboratory measurements.
