Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: skeletal immaturity, a closed supracondylar humeral fracture treated by closed reduction and percutaneous K-wire fixation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: skeletal maturity, open fractures, fractures requiring open reduction or neurovascular exploration
