Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Histologically or cytologically confirmed non-squamous, non-small cell lung cancer 2.Stage 3B, 4, or recurrent disease 3.EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion,L858R) detected by PNA-LNA PCR clamp method 4.Untreated with EGFR-TKI 5.ECOG performance status (PS) 0 to 2 6.Adequate organ functions 7.Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Received EGFR-TKI before this study 2.Interstitial pneumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis apparent on chest X-ray 3.Concomitant other malignancies
