Inclusion criteria: Patients with colorectal neoplastic lesions .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant 2. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease. 3. Patients disagree with informed consent.
