Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are going to undergo pancreatoduodenectomy or major hepatic lobectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Highly invasive cancer or large tumor size, which is difficult to resect with laparoscopic procedure.
