Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers Dry eye patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contact lens wearers. People with anterior segment eye diseases except dry eye disease. Patients with serious systemic diseases. Patients who use steroid, anti-inflammatory and immune suppression drugs.
