Inclusion criteria: Patients have over moderate and active Graves' ophthalmopathy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have the other eye disease.

We evaluate Lymphcytic surface markers and Clinical activity score and Findings of MRI and Proptosis, Diplopia at before and 3 months after therapy
