Inclusion criteria: Healthy elder subjects (>= 65 years old) and patients with dysphagia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects - history of aspiration pneumonia - dementia (MMSE<27) - cerebrovascular disease or respiratory disease - medication with dopaminergic drug(s)
