Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mass (Pancreatic tumor or lymph node swelling or submucosal tumor) of 7mm or more. Requirement of pathological or cytological diagnosis for treatment. Informed consent voluntary patient himself was obtained in writing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mass of 6mm or less. High riks for complications. Severe dysfunction in other organs. Inability to obtain informed consent.

Primary endpoints: Satisfactory simpling rate for histological diagnosis, histopathological diagnositic rate,rate of adverse event.
