Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who complained of abdominal discomfort ,as abdominal pain, diarrhea and constipation, with negative endoscopy/radiology test and laboratory data were enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: severe diabetes mellitus
