Inclusion criteria: Symptomatic knee osteoarthritis, a meniscal tear, frozen shoulder, or rotator cuff tear

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous surgical treatment for the knee or shoulder, history of septic arthritis, atopic dermatitis, or current pregnancy
