Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 20 and above; (2) HbA1c < 8.0%; (3) Cre < 2.0 mg/dl; and (4) the absence of arrhythmias.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, nonketotic hyperosmolar coma, infection, or acute coronary syndrome are excluded.

MeasureTime frame
The reactive hyperaemia index values obtained are examined for any relationship with 1,5-anhydro-D-glucitol, glucose or lipid metabolism markers, and blood pressure.
