Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient who was scheduled elective thoracic surgery with DLT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of tracheal or laryngeal operation 2) pregnancy 3) under 20 years old 4) patient who was assessed inapopropriate
