Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who are visiting a day-care center in the Fujimikogen Hospital in Nagano 2 times a week for nursing care. 2) Those who can perform interval walking training without trouble. 3) Those who want to participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who can not understand the significance anf the safety of participating in the study.
