Inclusion criteria: Patients with Kras wild type advance or recurrent colorectal cancer and will be treated with an anti-EGFR antibody

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: He or she had used anti-EGFR antibody previously, or prohibit on using anti-EGFR antibody
