Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic HCV genotype 1 infection received 72 weeks of combined therapy for Peg-IFN and RBV. Serum HCV RNA levels were > 100,000 IU/mL at baseline. Serum HCV RNA became undetectable 13–44 weeks after the start of therapy, and serum HCV RNA remained undetectable after 72 weeks of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Case that was complicated with a malignant tumor Cirrhosis case of the decompensation period
