Inclusion criteria: Patients with interstitial lung diseases Patients being performed bronchoalveolar lavage for the diagnosis of interstitial lung diseases Patients who are obtained with the prior written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients less than 20 years old Patients who are judged to be inappropriate for this study from the doctor.
