Take epigallocatechin-supplemented(100mg/day) barely tea for 4 months in subjects greater than 65 years Take placebo-added barely tea for 4 months in subjects greater than 65 years

Exclusion criteria: poorly or un-controlled abnormality in glucose metabolism terminal-phase malignancies
